Sbaje Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Sbaje online gaming platform ("Sbaje", "we", "Platform") and its users ("Member", "you"). Sbaje is an online gaming and betting service provider operating in Bangladesh.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — Sbaje's website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account on Sbaje.
• "Balance" — The total of a member's real money balance and bonus funds held in their account.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on Sbaje:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be deactivated and all deposited funds will be returned.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or payment method is used.
• You must register under your own name. Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual who has been banned from Sbaje or had a previous account terminated will not be permitted to open a new account.

3. Account Management

The following terms apply to managing your account on Sbaje:

• Your login credentials are strictly confidential. Never share or disclose your password to anyone.
• Sharing your account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify Sbaje's support team immediately.
• Inactivity fees may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period. Full details are available on our FAQ page.
• Always keep your account contact details (phone number, email) up to date.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Sbaje:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum limit, though verification may be required for large deposits.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other methods approved by Sbaje.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes. However, KYC verification or security reviews may extend this timeframe.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 BDT.
• Sbaje does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, charges from your payment provider may apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Sbaje offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following rules apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Meeting these requirements is mandatory before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus typically ranges from 20x to 30x.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be credited to your bonus balance first.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities to collect bonuses will result in account closure.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when betting and playing games on Sbaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Sbaje's server records are the definitive authority in determining game outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Sbaje reserves the right to void the bet and issue a refund where applicable.
• For Sports Betting, certain bets cannot be changed once a match has kicked off.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are clearly displayed on the game's page.
• If Sbaje detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to delay or void the bet.

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Sbaje does not and cannot technically interfere with any game result.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sbaje:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack Sbaje's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members or Sbaje staff.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will never be sold to any third party.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared when required by law or upon request from a government authority.

9. Responsible Gaming

Sbaje treats responsible gaming not merely as a policy, but as a core commitment. Gaming should always be for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.

• You can set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time.
• Set a session timer to keep your gaming time in check.
• Through the self-exclusion option, you can temporarily close your account for a set period of time.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Sbaje reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any real-money balance will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sbaje is not liable for the following:

• Any loss resulting from internet disconnection or device issues.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Issues caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of game outcomes.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Sbaje reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be made following the process below:

• Members will be notified in advance via email or SMS of any significant changes.
• Any updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
